Good to know

Questions,
already sorted.

What do I need to get started?

Just the trip name, destination, and dates. Add confirmed details now and fill in the rest as plans come together.

Can I update the page after sharing it?

Yes. Sign in to your organizer account, make the change once, and the same guest link shows the latest information.

Does everyone need an account?

No. Only the organizer signs in. Guests open the private link in any browser.

Who can see the trip page?

Anyone you send the private link to can view it. The page is not publicly promoted, but the link is not password protection.

Does Sorted Away plan or book the trip?

No. Sorted Away organizes the plans and reservations you already made into one clear page for the group.

What if some details are not confirmed yet?

That is expected. Create the page early, add details as they become useful, and keep updating the same link through the trip.

What happens when a plan changes?

Update it once in your organizer account. Everyone who opens the guest link sees the current version.

Is the guest page password-protected?

No. Anyone with the private link can open it, so share it only with your group. The link keeps the page out of ordinary browsing, but it is not password protection.
